LIFECYCLE

Almost all Guzmania perform best indoors or in shade outdoors. They have a 2-5 year lifespan from an offset. Once mature, they soon enter the blooming stage and produce new offsets. They are best known for their vibrant blooms which last up to 60-75 days. After the blooming stage, they live another 6-12 months then die.

CYCLE DE VIE

Une fois arrivés au stade de maturité, ils ne vont pas tarder à fleurir et produire de nouveaux rejets. Après la floraison, ils vivent encore environ 12 mois avant de mourir. Tous produisent des inflorescences très colorées qui se dressent au dessus de la plante et tiennent normalement 1-2 mois.
