| INSTALLATION Delivered, installed, guaranteed® Get piece of mind when the experts at Seabreeze Palms deliver and install your palm trees and tropical plants! We guarantee plants for ONE YEAR after we install them if any of the following guidelines are met: 1) We are contracted to install new irrigation 2) We are able to test irrigation already in place and find it in good working condition 3) We are hired to take care of the lawn maintenance for the property 4) The plants or trees being planted are native to the state of Florida, are exposed to rain, and are installed during the months of May, June, or July (the beginning of our rainy season) Exceptions We do not guarantee any plants or trees that are installed by the customer whether we are present or not. We assume no liability for palms or plants that were installed according to a customer’s blueprints or request and, because of their position, became damaged from sun, wind, or frost. Our guarantee does not cover plants or trees that are damaged by other pest control companies, lawn maintenance companies, animals, insects, theft, vandalism, or acts of God. |
