Shipping & Handling
 
SHIPPING- DOMESTIC: Orders usually ship within 3-8 days of payment.  We will email you after you place your order to let you know an approximate shipping and delivery date.  Shipping is through the US Postal Service by Priority Mail (1-3 days to destination) and includes Delivery Confirmation® which tracks your package when it's sent and when it arrives at your door.  Visit www.usps.com to follow your package's progress.
 
SHIPPING- INTERNATIONAL: International orders are shipped through USPS Global Priority mail (6-10 days).  We can add USPS online tracking to your order for an additional fee.  If you require a phytosanitary certificate (check with your local customs office) please contact us.

*Plants under 16 inches tall shipped within the United States qualify for free shipping if the order total is $150 or more.  A surcharge of 5% of the order total will be billed separately if any plants are over 16" tall.
 
SHIPPING RATES (Palm Trees)- Contact us for an exact quote before ordering.  Or, place your order and we will send a separate bill afterwards based on the size and quantity of palm trees.
 
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards which are processed using Google Checkout.  Learn how Google keeps your information safe.

Packaging:
Bare-Root: We ship all plants bare root with moist sphagnum moss wrapped around the roots, which are then wrapped in aluminum foil.  The leaves of palms are treated with an antitranspirant to help prevent wilting, heat/cold damage, and transplant shock.  The plant is then secured in a box and cushioned with moist paper.  Using this method allows most palms and bromeliads to survive in their packaging for up to 3 weeks under normal conditions.
In-Container: If you would like your plant sent in it's container, please contact us to let us know, there may be a small additional shipping charge.

 Returns:  If your plant(s) arrive sickly or dead, we can issue you store credit or a replacement. Please send digital pictures of the plant(s) to seabreezenurseries@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the package.  It is the your responsibility to make sure your climate is suitable for the plant you are ordering.  We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, re-routed, or marked undeliverable by the postal service.  Your package can be insured for an additional fee.  If you are unhappy with your item, please email us before leaving feedback so we can work with you to find a solution.
