includes USPS Priority shipping, but does not include insurance.

If insurance is not
purchased, Seabreeze Palms LLC cannot be held liable for packages that are
miss-directed, damaged, returned, or destroyed.
Caveat emptorIt is the buyer's sole
responsibility to research each plant before purchasing it to see if it is
suited to his or her climate, soil, water, and any other factor that may
influence the health of the plant. It is the buyer's responsibility to
make sure his or her shipping address provided is correct. We are not
liable for plants that die or are damaged due to an extended length of time in
package because the package was returned to us marked undeliverable,
insufficient address, or shipped to wrong address.
TransplantingOnce the package arrives, it
is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the plants or products and report any
problems. Any and all problems regarding the plants or products should be
documented (ideally by taking a digital photo) and reported to us within 48
hours of receipt. We cannot be held liable for any live plants that die or
become damaged after they are transplanted by the buyer. All trees and
plants must be planted in well-draining soil (standard potting soil typically
works fine). Make sure their new container(s) have holes in the
bottom to allow good drainage.
Return PolicyIf any plants arrive sickly
or dead, or any products arrive damaged or broken, we offer two options:1) We will ship out
replacements2) We will issue a refund
(less shipping fees and any incurred credit card fees) if a digital photo of the
package's contents is
sent to us
International OrdersWe do not offer any
insurance, guarantees, refunds, or credits for international orders. All
international orders are FOB Ft. Myers, Florida.
