Production: Field grown TriBear hybrids dug and ready for a buyer in Miami! Seed was produced and germinated right here in Ft Myers FL. One of our founders moved here to develop these palm hybrids and we are the only nursery in the world that commercially produces them.
Benefits: All the beauty of the semi-common Teddybear Palm but with the drought-tolerance of a Triangle palm and much faster growing than either parent.
Identification: Eophyll (first leaf) is typically bifid but wide and with ruffled leaves. Dark green with a thick stem. Also is known to open pink to deep red new leaves when 1 gallon size. This goes away as it gets older.
